Northeast Entrepreneur Fund, Inc. will accept a return or exchange of printed materials up to 10 calendar days after you receive your order.  No returns, exchanges, or refunds of personalized information are accepted.

Returns and exchanges:
To return or exchange materials, contact the Northeast Entrepreneur Fund at 800-422-0374 or corefour@entrepreneurfund.org. Returned items must be received in their original condition; postage paid.

We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Refunds:
Refunds on returns will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt of the returned materials. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Volume Discounts:
CORE FOUR^® Business Planning Course manuals are sold at volume discounts dependant on the number of manuals ordered. If you received a volume discount on your order and the amount of materials returned makes you ineligible for that same discount, the cost difference will also be deducted from your refund.

Kick-Start Packages are only returnable if the entire package is returned within the alloted time period.
